What separates good companies from great ones ?

The Question :
German companies, when the produce a product and specify it, they perform exactly as specfied. For that to happen, something in the mix must be different. What systems are different about them ?

The Answer :

One clue, Germans have a dedicated set of workers. They think of their companies as their own. The performance of the company is finally the peformance of the product.

But how do they recruit these dedicated workers ?
